- The first fundamental right is right to equality.It ensures that all people are treated equally.

- The next fundamental right is right to freedom.It includes freedom of speech and expression, freedom to assemble peacefully without weapons, freedom to move freely anywhere in India, freedom to form groups and associations, freedom to reside and settle in any part of India and freedom to practice any lawful occupation or carry on any lawful business. Is that understood?
