- Ma’am based on his radiograph there are no bone fractures which is a good indication that we can replant his avulsed tooth. it is a good thing that the school nurse soaked it in NSS that can preserve the vitality of PDL . Because of the used storage medium the PDL cell may be viable but compromised.
- The best management of avulsion is replantation of tooth immediately but this is a long term treatment because we need to monitor the growth of the tooth and your compliance during follow up is a must.
- While the Dentist and her assistance are preparing the needed materials for administering anesthesia such as dental syringe, needle and cartridge of Mepivacaine.
- Don't be scared Tyler, I'll stay with you.

- this wont hurt Tyler. look its a cotton swab with topical anesthesia which taste like strawberry.
- I will put anesthesia so that you won't feel any pain throughout the procedure.
