- is the prosecution ready to proceed with the hearing to establish its burden to submit the evidence?
- Good morning, my name is John Smith, and I am the prosecutor in this case. It is my pleasure to represent people in this state. On October 21,2O21, the defendant in this case is filed with robbery.
- Good morning ladies and gentlemen of the jury, I Kevin Williams, the defense, wish to state right at the beginning of this trial that the prosecution has mistakenly charge the defendant with accused robbery.

- At this point i would give a detailed review and assessment of all evidences. Mr. Santos has been charged with robbery. In particular, it is alleged that on morning of april 11th, Mr. Santos robbed the store. In order for Mr. Santos to be found guilty of these offences.
- However, there was no evidence before me, our criminal justice system requires that before someone could be found guilty of criminal offense their guilt must be established beyond a reasonable doubt in the circumstances of this cased based on evidence. I conclude that the crown has not established its case beyond a reasonable doubt Mr. Santos, I therefore find you not guilty of the offense you've been charged.
