- A simply dressed young couple is watching television in a basement apartment in the city. (subtle music)
- In mid-sentence, the husband is interrupted by an electricity outage.
- The wife voiced: “Not again. I don’t know why we dutifully pay this landlord our hard-earned money and he refuses to fix the electrical system”
- Husband is silent. Wife attempts to get a response from husband.
- He is, however, upset and storms out of the house with his car keys.
- ...Next scene shows him outside of apartment, as he ponders his next move.
- On his phone(upbeat music)
- ...pressing ‘Complete/Finalize Process or Buy’ on the Rausch Coleman Homes Website.
- Finalize Process
- He returns inside
- A few minutes later, he returns and starts packing bags and furniture into their car.
- He lifts his wife at the last moment – ignoring all her questions (Confused look on her face)
- He carries her to the car
- A scene shows them driving at a far distance leaving the city. Husband remains silent.
- A scene shows them entering a suburban area.Husband remains silent. Wife is confused.
- Scene shows him lifting her into a new house
- Scene shows them sitting into their new living room. Husband resumes mid-sentence
- Wife stops him with a confused look.He says “Sorry, the house is ours, here’s your key. Why rent when we can own a move-in ready home in the suburbs through Rausch Coleman Homes? Wife smiles.
- Camera zooms out as they laugh together, tears in wife’s eyes.
