- Lucas, it's time you must eat healthy food!
- Mom please, I don't want to eat healthy food!! I want to eat my burger.
- Okay Lucas you can eat your hum burger, but don't eat too much hum burger okay?
- Thank you Mommy!!
- Me too, I love hum burger!! We will come here everyday and eat here together!
- I am so excited to eat all this foods and drinks!
- Lucas is a child who loved eating all kind of junk food for every meal of the day, and he just kept ignoring any advice from his mother.
- I told you before that Junk food are not healthy and now look at your body your so fat honey. We will go tomorrow to the clinic don't worry
- MOM!! I'm so fat! all my clothes have shrunk and didn't fit me anymore. What do I do mommy?
- One day, his mom decided that Lucas is allow to eat junk foods.
- Don't worry Lucas you are very brave boy and I am here to help you. The best way to be healthy, is to eat fruits, vegetables and milk. This is a good source of vitamins and minerals plus calcium in your milk. Avoid eating junk foods.
- Thank you Doctor, I'll will follow all your advice. I promise!
- Everyday, Lucas goes out with his friend and eats whatever he wants.
- Gradually,Lucas realized that he wasn't enjoying outside food as much as he did before. He started to feel sick, lazy and fat. So he decided to tell his mother.
- Lucas and his mother go to the clinic to call the doctor, told him the story and asked him to give some advice and help him.
- Since he stop eating junk foods, Lucas life has changed ,he eat lots of healthy foods. He is back into normal body weight. Her mother felt proud of him and he felt happier than before. The End.
