- no taxation without representation means there is tax on mostly everything. this was the first battle of the american revolution. this started every thing off.

- this is the signing of the deceleration of independence. it showed that the 13 colonies were going to go to war with great brittan

- this is valley forge. many patriots were in war and they had this really hard winter they called valley forge. there was a disease caller small pocks at this camp
- this is when Cornwallis surrendered is Yorktown. they were expecting many British troops to help them out. little did they know that the patriots and the french were surrounding them witch caused them to surrender.
- this is the treaty of paris. the king of great britain gave the 13 colonies independence. many troops were very mad but the patriots were excited because they could see their families and stop fighting
