- What have I done?
- I have killed 100,00 people in a bloody war! This is bad!
- Huh? Who is that? A Buddhist monk? How could someone like him have nothing but look happy and normal?
- When Ashoka won the war and realizing that he did something bad.
- I have to change. From now on I will be a Buddhist. I am done with the war! It's over!From now on I declare peace and nonviolence. I will recommend Buddhism to everyone!
- Still realizing he did something bad.
- I built Buddhist temples all over India. This is better. Buddhism is amazing! I like it because there is no caste system. Everyone is equal. Which means you can get to Nirvana even if your a low class. Anyways, I should build rocks and pillars throughout my empire saying Buddhist principles. I should also send missionaries to spread Buddhism.
- Ashoka see's a monk.

- Ashoka deciding to be Buddhist.
- Ashoka is a Buddhist and has built temples. He is going to make rocks and pillars stating Buddhism principles.
- Ashoka builds a stone with Buddhist principles and sent missionaries. Buddhism eventually spread to Syria, Egypt, China, and Greece. Buddhism grew in India a lot but eventually a lot of Buddhists got killed from invaders and war. Ashoka died around 238 BCE. Without Ashoka the Mauryan Empire fell, India split, and they all went back in to war. Ashoka's life was an important event because he helped Buddhism spread. In present day there are 400 million Buddhists. Thanks to Ashoka there are still a lot of Buddhists. THE END
