- 3 weeks later, Samah met up with her atorney so she could sue the company because she claims that her phone overheated in less than a month.
- Hmmm well this is your responsibility as a consumer to follow the precautions to use the prodict safely;however, a phone should start overheating after it has been used more than 6 months not in a few weeks, so you're still in a hood positon.

- Actually I got a really good deal on this phone because there was a seasonal sale going on. I also made sure to read reviews before buying the product to make usre it was worth it.

- I ordered my phonefrom an online retailer, Amazon. I knew about my phone through a TV advertisement
