- Good morning class! We are going to write an essay about Homosexuality. You are going to draft this by critically thinking but I will be guiding you!
- Let's first do journal entries. Look back on your past and tell me have you ever seen two men getting married or two women getting married? Do you think it's wrong to share bathrooms with girls and boys? What have your parents taught you about relationships?
- Ive never seen a woman and a woman get married! That's just wrong. I once accidentally went into the ladies' bathroom. Everyone laughed at me when I walked out.
- My big brother is gay and he is happy and loving so I'm fine with living that way.
- This is so weird! Boys must marry girls. No bathroom sharing! Mommy always taught me not to even play with boys.
- Wow! so many interesting answers. Lerato says her brother is gay. Do you think that he should be judged? Should we make fun of him? How would you want him to be treated?
- [Thinking]...Wow! I wonder how he feels being gay!
- I am going to speak to my parents about this! My church always says God created a man to only be with a woman. I am not comfortable with this.
- No mam. I wouldn't want him to be sad about it. |f he likes a man then there shouldn't be anything wrong with that. He should be treated with respect!

- At first I thought homosexuality was odd but now I realize we are all human and our preferences should not matter or make people treat us differently.
