  • My name is Neha, If i feel the need of medical attention, I book an appointment through CarePlus app.
  • First I need to make an account in the CarePlus app and then I choose the doctor and available time.
  • I arrive at the clinic on the appointment date, the earlier the better.
  • When a patient feels the need for medical attention, they can book an appointment through the CarePlus Application.
  • Goodafternoon. My name is Neha and I have an appointment with Dr.John Doe.
  • Good afternoon Ms. Neha. I'll check that for you. 
  • The first thing they need to do is register in the CarePlus application using their email id. For booking, they need to choose a specific doctor in their desired department and they can view the available dates and times for the chosen doctor and finally pick the date which is suitable for them all.
  • Okay. calm down. I'm going to take a quick look now.
  • Something's wrong, Dr.John Doe. I have severe toothache.
  • As each timeslot is dedicated to individual patients, If a patient arrives late, they will have to wait for the next available slot.
  • Here is the receipt
  • We will charge your insurance provider the bill. Thank you for choosing our clinic.
  • When a patient arrives at the clinic, they will be greeted by friendly receptionist who can speak English, French, and Spanish.
  • The patient explains the issue to the doctor.
  • They take the receipt and the prescriptions sheet to the receptionist and the receptionist sends over the invoice to the respective insurance provider.
