- WHAT!Why would you say that?Are you spreading rumours about me?
- Our so called friend, Mary is starting rumours about me liking Cleo. I bet she has told the whole class.
- Mary! Jack!, what's going on?
- NO! Of course not! Why would I? I'm just asking cause you were looking at her in class the whole time today.
- Mary is this true?
- Well yeah, she is a good friend that doesn't spread rumours, like others.
- So you're saying she is a better friend than me? Even though I didn't spread any rumour.
- Hey Jack, Mary is a good friend too, I'm sure she didn't mean it like that. I don't think she has told the class, I haven't heard anything.
- Then why say it Mary?
