- in the beginning, Korea lived as one country
- after WWII, they split up. North korea started to attack South Korea , since they were not communists. the US Air and Naval supported them, due to a fear of communism spreading
- no Truman, unfortunately im going to have to fire you
- the US invades Inchon then Pyongyang falls under UN forces
- Chinese troops push UN forces back across 38th parallel
- use atomic bombs on North Korea immediately!
- North and South Korea signed a peace treaty, the Armistice, proposed to end military hostiles
