- The pleasure is all mine, Samantha. Knowing that I am able to share one of my country's culture as a Chef, it also brings me great joy as a Filipino.
- Thank you for accepting my request to help me learn to cook a Filipino dish, Mrs. Reyes.
- Until when?
- Nervous, but I am ready!
- I have prepared all the ingredients. Are you ready?
- For about 2 minutes or until you can smell the lovely aroma.
- Let's begin. Sauté the garlic, onion, and ginger.
- Is this enough?
- Already done.
- It’s time to drop in the chicken pieces and stir until it turns white or light brown in color.
- It's enough.
- After that are we going to wait?
- It's about time we pour in the water and add your Knorr Chicken Broth cubes. Bring this to a simmer until chicken is tender and cooked through.
- We still need to add our green papaya and cook until tender.
- Chili leaves is added at the last stage to the ensure leaves and nutrients don’t dry up. Give this a minute then it is done.
- Then transfer it to a serving bowl. Best to serve hot.
- Enjoy this with patis and calamansi on the side.
- Then, shall we eat? I'm already hungry.
