- Time to get ready!
- Mom, i'm ready for school! Can I have breakfast now?

- Jake wakes up and sighs, he opens his eyes and is greeted to his cat, Trixy sitting on the bed beside him. He turns to his clock and looks at the time. It's 7:30am and he has to be at school by 8:30. He slowly lifts himself out of bed and starts to get ready for school.
- My favorite movie is star wars
- Jake went to get ready for school and a few minutes later he came downstairs for breakfast. He was starving and couldn't wait to eat. He rushed to the table for breakfast as quick as he could.
- SURPRISE!

- Jake finished his breakfast and barely made it to the school bus on time. He quickly took a seat and headed off to school. When he got there he waited in front of the school doors for his best friend to arrive.
- Jake was waiting outside when his friend Owen walked out the door after school. Jake and Owen always walked home together and usually they would meet up beside the portables but that day Jake got free time outside and waited for Owen for the last five minutes of school. They chatted about their favorite movies and overall were just having a good time.
- Jake and Owen continued talking as they walked home. Ten minutes later they arrived at Jake's house. They said goodbye to each other and agreed to talk the next day. After Jake said goodbye to Owen he walked through the front door and was greeted to several meows and a very happy mother. Jake looked down and saw several tiny kittens. He dropped his backpack to the ground and asked eagerly what happend.
- Later that day Jake sat on his bed with his new cat family. Trixy sat on the bed while her kittens played around Jake's bedroom. Jake was so happy. This was a great day.
