- In the Early 19's the outside world began to colonize smaller nations with Extractive Economies for resources or money. At the time, President Teddy Roosevelt observed and concluded that if the US didn't do the same. It would be swallowed up and could be back under Great Britain's rule again. So he convinced congress to set out ships to colonize or strike deals with other countries.
- OTHER COUNTRIES HAVE BEGUN TO GROW AND USE OTHER SMALLER COUNTRIES! IF WE DON"T DO THE SAME WE TOO WILL BECOME LIKE THOSE SMALL COUNTIES! HELPLESS!
