- to find slope on a table you must find out how many numbers to add to the first number to get to the second
- slope can be found on a table or a graph

- once the pattern has been found on both sides the y number will go over the x number as a fraction. that will be your slope.
- to find the y-intercept on a graph you must find the 0 in the x column.

- y-intercept: 5
- this is non- proportional because it has a y-intercept
- then take the amount of y points and put it over the amount of x points.
- find two whole points on the line and count how many x and y points there are between them
- to find slope on a graph...
- that will be the y-intercept.
- find the point where the line crosses of the y line of the graph.
- to find y-intercept on a graph...
