- Ancient Chinese papermaking
- There must something lighter and more abundant than bamboo to write on
- Bamboo isn’t terrible but its too clunky, thick, and hard to store
- It could be cut thinner but it still wont be easily stored and could easily break if bent wrong
- Oh i know! I’ll mash up plant fibers, soak them in water, and leave them to dry!
- If all goes accordingly, it should be more pliable, it can be made thinner, and more of it can be made!
- It could be cut thinner but that would make it flimsy and it might be damaged
