- Introducing the Bill
- I think that all people should have free healthcare
- Working in Committees
- This needs to be changes......
- Debating the Bill on the floor
- I don't agree.....
- It sounds great but I don't think its the BEST idea....
- UGH
- Before a bill can be ratified it has to go through different steps, the first step is for the bill to be introduced by either house.
- Voting on the Bill
- All in favor of putting the bill into law.
- After the bill is introduced it hast to go to the committee where they discuss and go over the bill.
- Sending the bill to the other house and repeating the process
- The third step before the ratification of the bill is to debate on the floor they discus why or why not they think the bill should become a law.
- Sending the bill to the President
- Hello Mr. President
- The next step is for the house to vote on whether they like the bill or not.
- after being voted on the process has to be repeated by the other house.
- I hope the bill gets past the senate!!
- If the bill gets past by both houses it goes to the president to be signed to become a law but the president has the choose to veto the bill or not sign it if he doesn't sign it can go back to the house but after that its very unlikely it becomes a law.
