- William and his friends Geoffry and Gilbert think of ways to help the cause and decide to build a windmill to produce electricity for Williams family.

- William and Geoffrey collect scrap metal from a scrap yard by their school and work on the windmill every day through the starvation and hunger.
- Thanks William!
- William and his friends finish the windmill and a crowd gathers by the windmill and call William and his friends crazy.
- The crowd of people are amazed by what they see and the windmill starts spinning and turns on.
- William is able to provide electricity for his family to make their lives easier and proves his village wrong that he could build the windmill.
