- Bushido is an honor followed by many people since the idea of morality is clear and helped make ideas clear on what was a good deed to maintain honor for the Japanese people. Bushido has seven virtues one of them is Duty and Loyalty which is shown with Bushido's saying"When warriors say that they will perform an action, it is as good as done." This saying tells you that warriors who followed with like samurai when assigned an objective must complete it giving trust along with hope to others that anything they are asked will be done and performed with the exact instruction
- Target values inclusivity which is the diverse voices that are listened to while also treating them all with the same respect, acting with integrity. Target also values connection with its people for a trusted connection to show reliability.The last value is drive to listen and do what is thought to be right from feedback and knowing they are never at perfection and are always making progress.
- Consumers should support Target. Target is sometimes seen to not be following what is said but they still attempt to fix it. Drive is shown when they see a product being sold that might upset a group of people which is doing what is right. Inclusivity is shown to be upheld with how Target has employed a diverse group of people to work for them while also listening and doing it's best to hear as many voices on opinions with the idea of the right way to do things. Finally the last value which is shown is connection which is well seen with how many people rely on Target to shop for many daily used items because they listen to what consumers might want or need.
