- Hey Irene here, everywhere you look you see some sort of drug store. Canada has a problem! And it’s with drugs.
- Though Canada has made it legal to use drugs, there are still lots of people who will use them for fun instead of the intended purpose which is medical. Almost everyone in the class has probably seen or been near someone doing drugs.
- This needs to be stopped, the problem is that you have a right to make your own decisions and have your own opinion. Because of this, people abuse the fact that they can freely use drugs because it’s their right.
- More than 47 000 Canadians die from substance abuse all the time, in Ontario alone,about 23% ofstudents have sold, or have been given drugs in the last year.
- That is why so manypeople are addicted to drugs! We as Canadians arelucky tohave the rights and freedom we have and should know the difference between privilege and rights.
- Canada should reconsider somethings when it comes to drug use, and maybe change it so it’s much more strict about who gets to use it.
