- Oh, that was Daphne from the donation center. She was calling to ask if we could make 25 sandwiches for the Christmas food donations.
- If this is the Christmas donations, aren't they doing anything special?
- That's what I was saying, but because of COVID, people aren't really doing much, so no,.
- Kristine's right. Everyone should get a special treat, especially during such times. Is there anything we can do?
- But it's Christmas! Everyone deserves something special during the holidays.
- Wait, I have an idea! Why don't I make 100 cupcakes for us to give, since they are donating 100 sandwiches ?
- That's a lot of work, but I don't see why not. It would be nice to give 1 for each sandwich. I'll talk to Daphne about it.
- Why not? That would be a really nice treat for Christmas.
- Hi Daphne. My daughter wants to make cupcakes for the Christmas donation.
- Yeah, that would be awesome. Is Kristine making cupcakes for the sandwiches you're making?
- No, Kristine is willing to make 100; 1 for each sandwich.
- Wow, that's fantastic! I'm sure the people would really appreciate it, especially during such tough times.
