- There seems to be confusion in the Church over the Trinity, when to celebrate Easter, and the nature of Jesus. I, Emperor Constantine, declare that we shall have a meeting in Nicaea to settle these issues!

- Jesus is not a divine, eternal being. He was created at a certain point by God the Father and is therefore neither coeternal or consubstantial with the Father.
- You are a heretic! Jesus Christ is eternal!
- We have come to the conclusion that Jesus is, in fact, fully divine.
- We have organized our core beliefs in this new prayer, the Nicene Creed!
- Easter will now be celebrated on a Sunday in a lunar month chosen according to our own Christian criteria, not in the month of Nisan as defined by Jewish tradition.
