- Senior year of high school I took a course in EKG/ Phlebotomy and had to travel to another high school. I attended Eagle Pass High School.

- After learning EKG and the basics in Phlebotomy, we were finally learning how to draw blood on others.

- I was doing a great job at drawing blood was one of the best students in class.

- My friend on the other hand was really shaky and having a hard time hitting the vein.
- Eventually I demonstrated the proper way to do it and slowly let her take over, and then had her do it on her own.
