- UNION ORGANIZER CHECKS IN.
- Hi Jim, are you ready to discuss the request?
- Sorry, i haven't had the time. I will review it immediately.

- To be honest with you Sam, i find these requests rather absurd. your'e asking too much!
- Shop steward follows up with the union organizer to ensure that the negotiation of the employee contracts are in the works.
- FORMAL DISAGREEMENT.
- Thats not what I expected to hear unfortunately.
- Sorry mam, but wages meet industry standards
- The union organizer checks in with the manager to ensure that he has reviewed the request as a matter of urgency.
- TALKS GET HEATED..

- The request is reviewed by the manager and he finds that the figures are a bit out of pocket for the company.
- INITIATING THE STRIKE!
- Okay then unfortunately the employees will be embarking on a strike!
- Unfortunately, we cannot meet these demands.
- The union organizer and manager disagree terms and seem to be not happy with the way negotiations are going.
- The negotiations get heated as the union organizer ensure the manager is aware of the repercussions of not taking her seriously.
- As they disagree, the union organizer brings up and initiates a strike of employees to ensure that the manager understands that the matter will not be taken lightly.
