- What do you mean we can’t be together?!!
- She shouldn’t be with a peasant like YOU!!
- Oh good heavens, which one should they pick???
- The princess tells her father, the King, about her love interest.
- The father is angered by their relationship and denies their right to be together, sending the love interest to an Amphitheater where they are to be punished or rewarded.
- The princess stays up all night, thinking of what horrid fantasies might happen to her lover, being devoured by the jaws of a tiger, or leave with bride he showed similar interest in.
- The love interest, equally as bewildered, glances at the princess, asking her, “Which one?”
- The princess finally decides, she gestures towards the right door, little did everyone know, she deviously snuck in a dagger behind her back.
- The then tiger bursts out the gate, the princess throws the dagger and the lover catches it. With the dagger, the lover begins to flay the tiger to submission, winning the ordeal, and winning the princess in the process.
