- I wish there was no homework . It would be great if that was a law. (A bill starts off as an idea)
- Hi I am a person in Congress who sponsors the bill and creates a draft. I am going to see if having no homework is a good law. What this means is if I like the idea I can make a draft and can advance to the next step.
- Now we are going to check is if this is a good law.The bill gets sent to a small committee of people . That means that after someone creates a draft ,the House of Representatives and Senates vote to see if it is a good law.
- Hi Senates we are going to need to vote on this law no homework. We need 51% to make the law advance for further circumstances.
- Now that the Senates have voted on no homework we House of Representatives have to vote if we like this law. 51 percent
- Hi I am the President Joe BIden and I can say if I want to keep this law of no homework or I could say No. I say Yes for no homework is a good law.
