- Meet Shahrul, a journalist at a media prima. He works as the publisher's director. His job are doing investigations, performing research, taking interviews, and writing news. He also has to deal with irregular schedules and tight deadlines in his day-to-day life.
- Arising problem
- He was named the top employer of the year for his work development and dedication to his job. Currently, he is still working, and he dedicates himself to his work 24 hours a day. He never takes a break and spends nearly no time with his family.
- Conflict
- I'm afraid I can't handle this project anymore.
- Due to excellent work . His bosses pressuring him to do more job as a journalist covering issue on political . This issue is very tough need to be available 24 hrs for more detail research , interview and have to deal with a lot of media ,government and many more
- Climax
- I want to quit from this job !!
- He also need to monitor on is colleagues who work for him in order to keep a control on other issues such as crime, natural disaster and etc, because their employment as journalist involves a high level of danger .
- Due to heavy workload , he always overthinking abt their job over his co-workers and himself . Sometimes he deal with anxiousness and problems in interpersonal relationship.
- Due to overload work and high work pressure, Shahrul always feels demotivated in his job because of the high level of stress.If he can't manage his stress, this will lead to low job satisfaction, which contributes to voluntary turnover and burnout.
