  • I'll be too worried...
  • If you don't turn your light off and on 7 times you'll die.
  • Your family doesn't even like you.
  • You're going to throw up.
  • These are real thoughts not irrational ones...
  • If you don't tell your mom and dad I love you, something bad will happen to them.
  • Your friends don't even like you.
  • If you own anything green you will get sick.
  • You're going to fail your next test.
  • If you don't turn your lights off and on 7 times you'll die.
  • You're going to throw up.
  • These are real thoughts not irrational ones...
  • If you don't tell your mom and dad I love you, something bad will happen to them.
  • 15 minutes later...
  • 30 minutes later...
  • THESE THOUGHTS ARE NOT REAL. THEY ARE IRRATIONAL!
  • WOW! My therapist was right that ERP Therapy really worked! I could do it even though it was difficult and I was worried!
  • By sitting in my fears, they actually got better not worse! ERP Therapy is great!
  • I am strong and brave.
