- Hello and good day everyone! My name is Nayli Batrisyia and I am 22 years old. I am currently studying English for Intercultural Communication at UiTM Shah Alam.
- The nature of this course naturally makes me grow to love languages and culture! I also develop soft skills in communicating with people from different backgrounds and races.

- Before taking my Degree, I took a Foundation in TESL at UiTM Dengkil! My love for English has been growing from my school years and will still continue!
- When I chose to further my education in this Degree, I realized that I am opening myself up to a lot of opportunities, locally or internationally! We learnt about culture and the people, how to negotiate in an intercultural business and many more!

- I gained more experience in intercultural communication when I am chosen to an exchange program to Japan for a semester! I also have once participated in an exchange program with Korean youth.

- I also love working with people. That is why I think I would be a great fit to your company for the Public Relations Department or Human Resources. I find that dealing with people is one of my best strengths.

- I have experience working in Customer Service-related positions, one as a Cashier and another as a Barista. On the side, I always take on freelance work for proofreading and translating. I have a strong base in English especially the grammar that is why I sometimes proofread and edit for free.
