- Stop bulding forts and get out of the place .
- The Company did not heed his directives;
- There is conspiracy against Siraj-ud -daulah.
- William Watts, the Company representative at the court of Siraj, informed Clive about a conspiracy at the court to overthrow the ruler.

- Siraj-ud-daulah declared a war against East India Company.
