- I guess you're right. That is the rule, so we have to follow it. How about we go to the lab now?
- Hi Amy and Jack! It is great to see you two here. How about we get started learning about life science?
- Thank you for understanding. Let's head to the lab!
- Hi Amy! I'm ready. Let me just ask Mr. Adams to meet us there, so he can watch us.
- *They head to the lab*
- We need adult supervision, Amy. Rule 14 of the Safety Contract states "never work without teacher supervision in the lab.".
- We don't need Mr. Adams. We'll be fine.
- Hi Mr. Adams! We are ready to learn!
- Hi Mr. Adams!
- I'm sorry Amy, but you cannot eat in the lab.
- Let's get going then.
- Thank you both very much for following the lab safety rules. They are very important to follow.

- Amy, it's not fine. Rule 4 of the lab safety contract states, "There will be no drinking or eating in the laboratory". We need to follow these rules.
- How about we start our lab experiment now?
- It's just chips. It's fine.
