Storyboard Text
- Well, then I don't love you!
- The two went on many adventures together, including killing humbaba. After this they went to celebrate their victory but the goddess ishtar had fallen in love with Gilgamesh. Gligamesh rejected her, so the goddess vowed to destroy them. She ordered her father Anu to send the bull of heaven to kill the two.
- I said I don't have any fries or nuggets!
- Uh, hey, I need some help here!
- I can't give you immortality, but I know a plant that can.
- They defeated the bull, but not at a cost. The gods punished them by giving Enkidu an illness that killed him. This made Gilgamesh fear for his life and so he went on an adventure to find the only man with immortality. But the man did not have a solution, only saying there was a plant in the sea that could prolong life.
- Aw, man!
- Ah mannnnnnnnnn! Guess I will never get immortaliy.
- Gilgamesh dived into the sea finding the plant. After the long journey, he rested, but suddenly woke up to find that the plant was missing. It had been eaten by a snake. Gilgamesh realized that no man could cheat death and decided to write his great adventure down for future generations.
