- D.C. vs Heller
- Once upon a time in 2008 a case was presented to the Supreme Court by Dick Anthony Heller because he wanted to sell his guns but it was prevented by a D.C. law.
- I want to sell my guns this is unfair!!! I'm taking this to court!

- Supreme Court rules in favor of Heller
- On June 26 the Supereme Court ruled in favor of Heller, citing the Second Amendment as justification for selling handguns. On this same day Otis McDonald wasselected to challenge Chicago's 1982 ban on handguns
- Well then you are correct you have the right to purchase and sell guns!
- Your honor I believe I should be able to sell my guns because this action is supported by the second amendment as the right to bear arms.

- Court of Appeals goes against guns
- On June 2, 2009 the Court of Appeals upheld the District Court's decision to uphold Chicago's law banning handguns........McDonald failed.
- -I don't care I agree with Court of Appeals, there will be no selling of guns here in Chicago
- Supreme Court agrees to hear McDonald
- Almost a year later the Supreme Court of the United States agreed to hear Otis McDonald on June 28th

- On March 2, 2010 the Supreme Court heard Otis McDonalds oral agrument for McDonald vs. Chicago
- We will now be hearing McDonald and his assistants

- On June 28, 2010 the Supreme Court finally ruled in favor of McDonald 5-4 and everyone lived happily ever after but this time being able to sell their guns.
- Supreme Court please just hear me out this law is unfair and the Second Amendment goes against this act, I should be able to sell my guns.
- Everyone should have guns, we need them if the government goes crazy!!
