Storyboard Text
- Cultural Connections: Rico is most known for the creation of the gods but his main symbol is the clouds. He and his people came from a butterfly Cocoon in the sky that later became known as clouds.
- God of: Strength, Bravery,Glory, and Leadership
- Rico was the first god that was created by Mari. He helped make the other gods and taught them their abilities and roles using his excellent leadership skills. He also helped with the creation of mortals. Although it did not have such a happy beginning. He was much to demanding of the gods and wanted glory so the gods turned agianst him until he repented.
- Rico The Leader
- Weakness: When they were creating people he was much to demanding to the gods Sonrisa, Sombra, Mari. They almost turned against him until he repented.
- Attributes:Leader of the gods. Used his strength and bravery and got out of his comfort zone to create the world. He also used his leadership skills to lead the mortals to a happy life.
- Sonrisa
- Cultural Connections: uses her light to be the sun and help plants grow
- God of: Light and Love
- In the creation of the world Sonrisa asked Rico to allow her to provide sun to her people to help them grow things on their earth. Rico allowed her to and later when Sombra stole her necklace she forgave him but provided him with the task of taking the souls to the sky.
- Sonrisa
- Weakness: Is sometimes to forgiving and lets things go.
- Attributes: Tries to keep peace even after Sombra stole her necklace. She also tries to provide happiness and light to her people.
- In the creation story Sombra was always the darker god. He was created with Sonrisa in the same cocoon. He longed to be part of the creation of the earth and he let the recklessness and ambition get in the way and stole the Sonrisas necklace for light or the moon. As punishment he was forced to take care of the deads souls.
- Cultural Connections: Stole Sonrisas Necklace to create light in the dark. This became the moon. He also was tasked with carrying souls to the sky and they became stars.
- God of: Darkness, Death, the moon
- Sombra
- Attributes: Is at time overly ambitious and jealous causing fights between gods. But his ambition helps him achieve difficult tasks.
- Weakness: He is filed with jealously over Sonrisas brightness and role in the creation of the earth he tried to take part as well and became reckless by stealing her necklace.
