- You need to have a sound grading system., time to manage all the information,

- Reporting the final grade. This will go on the report card. Standards for cut off vary according to your school, but make sure to know them. Communicate with parents in commonsense terms the level of achievement.
- Make sure to keep your records of grades in a system that is organized and easy to access for future use.
- Modifications with care for special needs students
- Make sure students with specials needs grades are reflected according to their IEP.
- Involve students with their learning. Let them see their performance so they can have the opportunity to better it.
