- before you say anything let me tell you in sparta woman had way more rights then woman in athens and sparta had a huge military athens city sate was more about culture
- Oh the twins has arrived first let me tell you something but i have a question for you would you rather live in sparta or athens
- If you were a girl in sparta you were taught how to wrestle and other sports you could even compete against boys. but in athens you were taught none of these things and only were able to be taught education
- When you were a boy in sparta you were taught how to read, write, and use a weapon at a young age boys in athens were only taught education
- Girls in sparta was able to do a lot more activities than girls in athens they mainly stayed at the house and sometimes they left the house
- Finally Sparta was known for being a military city state but athens was known about its government and culture
- Spartans stayed on land while athens used the sea a lot more the olympics were founded and made in sparta but the athenians created democracy not the olympics
- in sparta woman can hunt for food in athens can do few to nothing for themselves like voting they cant vote woman in sparta had more freedom than you think and like i said early they cant even vote
