Storyboard Text
- The water molecule starts out as snow, near an ocean. At this time, the molecule is a solid.
- The snow slowly melts into either the the ocean, to become water, or goes underground as infiltration.
- Now, the water molecule is in the ocean, and is therefore water and a liquid.
- Through heat from the sun, the water molecule is evaporated into the atmosphere from the ocean.
- Now, the water molecule is in the atmosphere in a cloud, which makes it a gas and water vapor. Then, it is turned into snow through condensation.
- Finally, due to gravity, the water molecule falls from the atmosphere as precipitation in the form of snow. This snow then lands, repeating the process. The snow could also melt and then flow down into a stream as run-off.
