- I think that water bottle should be banned because they are a bad addition to the planet.
- I could see how you think that but plastic water bottles aren't that big of a deal.
- Versus
- I can't agree with you because they really are a big deal because not many people realize how much it really effects them and the earth.
- What bad could water bottles really do to the planet anyway?
- Plastic water bottles kill over 1 million marine animals a year because of the pollution.
- I can see why it could be bad but, banning it would remove a healthy choice and lead to increased consumption of sugary drinks.
- Just because you get rid of plastic water bottles are banned doesn't mean we have to stop drinking water. We can just use a cup instead of it.
- Unlike glass containers, plastic water bottles don't shatter into sharp glass pieces when dropped. Bottles are easier to use and are on-the-go products.
- I understand how that could be a better alternative, but 80% of plastic bottles end up in landfills which eventually ends up in the ocean.
- On the other hand, plastic water bottles are way better purified compared to tap-water.
- While that might be true, studies have shown that tap water is healthier than bottled. So, overall I think plastic water bottles should be banned.
- I see how you could think that but I don't think that there are enough problems to completely banned.
