- Rome is located in Italy which has peninsulas and islands in southern Egyup. There is a total of 3 peninsulas in Italy.
- Romulus and Remus are sons of Mars the god of war. They were floated down a stream hoping they would get killed. Was rescued by wolf and taken care/ razed of by the wolves.
- They used arches to build huge public works, including bridges, stadiums, and aqueducts to carry water over long distances. Etruscans used these trenches to irrigate the land, drain swamps, and distribute water to their cities.
- Etruscan spectators also enjoyed watching chariot races. The charioteers, or drivers, were strapped to their chariots. If a chariot overturned, they could be dragged under the chariot's wheels or trampled by the horses. These fierce competitions often resulted in injury or death.
- there are three columns called Doric, Ionic, and Corinthian. The one in the pitcher is Doric. Doric is the most simple one out of the three columns.
- Some of their designs showed pictures of gods and heroes, while others illustrated people in their daily lives. They often painted black figures on the red clay.
