- Sometimes I wonder why items are not auto reordering ? What impacts reorders? Anything I can do?

- For Auto Reorder to work OH balance - Hard RESERVATIONS + all open PO/PR/IPO/IPR lines where receipt complete is not checked must be greater than ROP

- But I have no control over ROPs
- ALSO you can make sure OPEN PO/IPO/PR/IPR lines are addressed (AGED - items in particular represented in DAYSOpen column), Those items should be CANCELED or CLEARED)
- Correct, but you certainly can impact OH Balaces with timely Cycle Counts and change approval statuses of reservations
- Column labeled OBSOLETE - if the flag is set to Y that is an Indication that item has been OBSOLETE or PENDOBS.
- Another thing that can help you clean aged items on the report is to look at OBSOLETE indicator:
- Those reports can be accessed via Cognos and can be run for a specific storeroom (or multiple storerooms)
- So where can I find those reports?
- Those reports are refreshed on a regular basis and you can subscribe to receive them on a regular basis or pull them as desired
- OPEN PO/IPO Report
- You can utilize below COGNOS reports that have number of DAYS OPEN column (for each line items that is OPEN) to help you address old items that need to be dealt with
- Open PR/IPR Report
- Shipped Transfer IPOs With Incomplete Receipts (AKA Shipped Not Received Report)
