Juliet is found 'dead' (Act4 Scene 4)
Tybalt approaches Romeo on the street and challenges him to a duel. Romeo declines to engage in combat, and Mercutio, a friend of Romeo's, is so repulsed by this cowardice that he accepts the challenge in his place. Tybalt succeeds in killing Mercutio as Romeo tries to break up the fight. Furious, Romeo then kills Tybalt. Once he has heard the entire account, the Prince decides against having Romeo put to death and instead banishes him.
The tragic conclusion (Act5 Scene 3)
Paris is waiting for Juliet when she arrives at the Friar's, and they begin talking about their upcoming wedding. She threatens to kill herself since she is so hopeless, but the friar advises her to swallow a potion that will make her look to be dead. Once Juliet's corpse has been transported to the family crypt, he swears to send Romeo a message begging him to come covertly and be at her side when she awakes.
When the nurse attempts to wake Juliet for her wedding in Paris, she finds her body already dead. The family is advised to embrace their grief by Friar Laurence, who also makes plans for Juliet to be buried right away.
Romeo takes his own life when he sees Juliet since he didn't get the message that she was still alive. When Juliet wakes up, she kills herself after discovering Romeo dead next to her.
