Hop in, let me send you to school today.
Thanks aunty!
One morning in August, there was a thunderstorm. Alya's mother was kind enough to offer Mei Ling and Chara for a free ride to school. The girls were happy and thankful to Alya's mother as they did not have to trouble their parents to send them to school in the rain.

Since we are all free, i would like to teach you Mathematics.
Sounds fun!
Thanks Chara!
Among the three of them, Chara was the smartest. Alya and Mei Ling were both weak in Mathematics. That evening, Chara decided to have a group study and guide them in that subject. Chara was determined to make them score high marks just like her although they were from different religions. She was happy to share her knowledge with them.

New shoes?! Thank you so much guys. Now i am ready to win this. I appreciate this alot.
A week later was their school's sports day. Chara was selected for the track running event. However, she was sad as she did not have proper shoes for it. Mei Ling and Alya knew about her family's unstable financial situation. They decided to use some of their savings as well as some money from both their parents to surprise Chara with new pairs of shoes. Chara was so excited and amused.

Keluarga Malaysia Teguh Bersama
This short story portrays the nationalism spirit among three friends from different racial backgrounds. They always help each other without wanting anything in return. They also have such supportive families. From here, we can conclude that race is not a boundary to be a family. When we work together and live together in harmony among all races, that's when we know that we are a family as one.
