- king Henry and Thomas Becket were very good friends. They used to love to prank people.
- Since the last archbishop had died. we decided that you should be the new person to be the archbishop.

- The last archbishop died so the king thought Thomas is very trustworthy. so he chose him. Archbishop is a very special important person.
- The royal is much more important than a church.
- God is above us we cannot ignore him!
- As a punishment king Henry had to walk to the Canterbury Cathedral barefoot whilst being whipped by monks.
- Ever since Thomas had become archbishop, he wore more religious clothes and started to be more mature.
- i quite my job i have had enough of the king telling me what to do!
- Thomas was furious was at the king. so he decided to quite his job. The king was not happy.
