- Lennie kills Curleys wife and Candy and Crooks saw everything but then they decide to try to help Lennie with hiding her body and hiding the puppy's body and then they write a letter to Cruleys as if his wife wrote it for him and it says something like"I'm leaving because I never liked you I want to go be in the photos and be famous I left with a pup I named her Lucy and I will take care of her as a friend."
- All the men went looking for Curley's wife and then Candy and Crooks tells Geroge what happened and they plan to leave to buy the dream land very soon.
- Geroge, Lennie, Crooks, and Candy leave to buy the dream land and they live happily.
