- Manager creates a Github organization.
- Name: Mike Working repositories: Repo 1, Repo 2 Progress: 5 commits in total. 3 commits for Repo 1 2 commits for Repo 2
- Manager asks mattermost bot to create a monitor through Github to report weekly group progress.
- And here's the group report at a glance! I've made this for you exclusively, Mr. Manager!
- Repository 1 Mike: 3 commits Alice: 2 commits ... Repository 2 Mike: 1 commit Jacob: 2 commits ... Repository 3 Chris: 0 commit Luke: 2 commits ...
- Mattermost bot responds to the request and provides a link. Manager needs to do the initial setup work manually.
- Eevey week team members will receive a mattermost message for them to review their work.
- Only the team manager has access to the complete group report.
- Whoever doesn't make any progress during the week will get a warning and the manager will be notified as well.
