- Oh, it wont get out Dr. Jacobs. We have it completely contained here. There's no way it could escape.
- officer, we can't let the people know of this creature we created. We can't let it get out either, it will destroy our oceans.
- Don't you think that testing facility over there is a little off putting?
- I guess
- It was the year 2071, and a mutant undersea bacteria had been accidentally manufactured in a high security lab in Wisconsin. The bacteria had the ability to completely destroy the entire underwater ecosystem if it escaped.
- Although the facility was very high security and kept away from the public, there was eventually a leak in the security. The public began to become suspicious of the secret facility.
