- Like what?
- Why he sold drugs, it's cause he wanted to help pay a debt, and I feel bad because I couldn't do anything to stop his death. (Thomas, pg 218)
- Oh, really? We had no way of knowing, Starr. (Thomas, pg 218)
- My head feels tight like it's overloaded, like I'm going through a hangover. (Thomas, pg 219)
- Starr, it's okay. You're grieving, it can amplify your emotions to make you feel things that you haven't felt in a while. (Thomas, pg 219)
