Storyboard Text

  • Mr. Ewell was getting his revenge on Atticus for making him lose his job. Aunt Alexandra is foreshadowing the events that was coming next. Atticus tries to put himself in but Mr. Ewell's shows and explains to Aunt Alexandra that his anger is only because Atticus has made a fool of Mr. Ewell during the trial.
  • This quote is important to this chapter because it shows how Scout and were both in danger and out of the kindness in Boo Radley's heart, he came to save them and get rid of the evil which is Mr. Ewell for good.
  • I chose this quote because I believe that this part of the story where Boo finally reveals himself to the audience is a very special moment for Scout. She comes to a realization that her childhood monster becomes a human. She now looks at him as an individual and respects him for saving her and Jem's life.
  • They talked about Boo Radley because he killed the person who was trying to hurt Jem and Scout. They were saying he is innocent because he was saving Atticus's kids. So he didn't care if he was dead or not because he saved Jem and Scout.
  • The people out of town came in for a visit because they wanted their money from a person in Atticus's house. Atticus told all of them to go home because they weren't gonna get what they wanted.
  • This quote is very important to this chapter because it brings back what "To kill a mockingbird" is. Scout explains to Atticus that Boo didn't do anything wrong and like Mr. Heck Tate said, it would be a sin to put him on trial for the death of Mr. Ewell when Boo was only trying to protect the children.
