- The particles have cooled back down again and are back to being solid
- I thought there were 3 states

- - The more brackets the more energy
- - Heat and the direction it's going
- The liquid chocolate would have to heat up
- If chocolate could turn into a gas it would need to get very hot as to gain more kinetic energy.
